My Approach to Consulting
I work with groups, teams and organisations to catalyse and facilitate collaborative processes of transformation for the greater good.
I do this by working holistically: Executive coaching, pairs and team coaching, bespoke training, inter-group/team development. Making time and space to bring people together is fundamental to the success of any transformational process. A sense of shared ownership and shared responsibility for determining the destination and designing the optimal route for a successful landing, relies on an inclusive climate of inquiry and sharing. The right combination of support and challenge ensures that that all voices are heard, valued and contribute to the whole.
